1. About Us and Our Products
This website is operated by S ET Y LLC, trading as Holy Heritage ("we", "us", "our"). We sell digital download products including e-books and guided journals. All products are delivered electronically via email after purchase. No physical items are shipped.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this site. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount. Charges appear on your bank or card statement as mainholyheritage.com. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Digital Delivery
Your digital product will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your download within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address.
5. VIP Club Membership — Recurring Billing
Our VIP Club membership ($42.95/month) grants members instant access to all digital products available in our store at no additional cost. Membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
By placing your monthly recurring order of the VIP Club membership, you will be charged $42.95 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
Individual e-books ($4.90) and the 10-Ebook Bundle ($34.99) are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not recur.
To cancel, use the cancellation form at Membership Cancellation or email us at info@holyheritage.com. Cancellation takes effect before your next billing date and is confirmed by email within 24 hours.
6. Intellectual Property
All digital products sold by S ET Y LLC are our original creations and are protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce our products in any form.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to resell or redistribute our digital products, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any conduct that disrupts the operation of this site.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S ET Y LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
