Shipping policy

S ET Y LLC, trading as Holy Heritage ("Holy Heritage", "we", "us" or "our"), sells digital products only. This policy explains how your order is delivered.

Digital delivery only

Every product sold on mainholyheritage.com is a digital ebook. Nothing is printed, packed or shipped. No physical goods are dispatched, no carrier is used, and no shipping fees, customs duties or import taxes apply to any order.

How you receive your order

Once your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you enter at checkout. Delivery is usually complete within a few minutes, and in all cases within 24 hours of payment. VIP Club members receive access to the full collection at that same email address, including new titles as they are released.

If your order has not arrived

Please check the spam, promotions and junk folders of the mailbox you used at checkout, and confirm the address was entered correctly. If the link has still not arrived 24 hours after payment, contact us at info@holyheritage.com with the order number and the email address used at checkout, and we will resend it.

Your responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout and to make sure it can receive our messages. We cannot deliver an order to an address that is misspelled, full, or blocking our messages. On request, we will resend the download link to a corrected address.

Delivery area

Because delivery is electronic, orders are fulfilled wherever the purchase can lawfully be made. Countries and territories subject to applicable sanctions are excluded.
